When we select our technicians, we look for self-starters, who have strong customer service skills and a professional attitude. They must also be willing to travel on short or little notice so to respond to our customer base.
All Technicians have valid driver’s license and have clean driving record. They worked with a high level of attention to detail, are accountable, responsible with impeccable work ethics. Every Member of our ASAP TEAMS have a complete background check as outlined below.
As a condition of employment all technicians must complete a full and complete background check that includes a search any and all criminal activity, drivers’ license record and status, contact information, police records, sex offender registry search, and more.
We also contact every technicians professional references and verify the minimum professional experience requirements. If the technician has any formal training, vocational or apprenticeship, we verify that information. No matter of their individual backgrounds and experiences, all potential Technicians must complete our Training Program at our selected Training Institution to verify all of their skills.
We also require all of our technicians to be enrolled in a fitness facility program to ensure strength and overall health to be able to perform their work duties effectively, safely and efficiently.
